Price
The price shown for each service is in US Dollars (USD). In the case of a price reduction, the previous price of the service is shown and crossed out, while the new price in effect is displayed. The prices of all products are set and adjusted according to business policy, without prior notice. Since the confirmation of purchase may occur several days after the product is added to the cart, the prices of all products added to the cart are updated at the time of purchase confirmation, so the final price to be charged must always be checked in the specification at the time of purchase confirmation.
Delivery Information
At the time of purchase confirmation, the customer must enter accurate delivery details: name and surname, address (street and exact number), contact phone number if available, and email address. All customer data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Payment
Customers can make payments in the following ways:
- Payment with cards online
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Stripe
- Payment by bank transfer/online banking
Payment with all major credit and debit cards is processed through the secure Stripe payment processor by simply entering your card details. After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, and your order is approved and prepared for delivery or fulfillment. The card details entered by the customer during payment are not available to our system. The amount charged to your card will be expressed in your local currency via conversion according to the exchange rate used by card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be slight differences from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
Service Delivery
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, the customer will receive an email invitation to access all materials for the purchased course, program, or digital product. Dates for individual lessons, workshops, and group courses are agreed upon, specifying exact dates. It is possible to schedule appointments in advance and then make the payment.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Customers can modify or completely cancel the order at any time after order confirmation up until the start of using the online courses at no additional cost. For any modifications or cancellations, it is best to contact us as soon as possible via email at office@admin
Complaint Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they can file a complaint, i.e., request a refund. For video courses, complaints can be made up to 30 days from the date of access approval to the course, when the access is permanent or longer than 1 month, and up to 15 days when the customer has paid for a monthly subscription. To be accepted, the complaint must specify exactly what the customer is dissatisfied with, i.e., how the course did not meet expectations. For individual and group lessons, as well as workshops, the complaint must be filed no later than 24 hours after the first lesson/workshop and must explain in detail what caused the dissatisfaction. Complaints can be submitted to the email: office@jcrenglish.com. The complaint must contain: customer identification data (name and surname, email address registered during the order), order number, and a detailed description of the complaint. JCR English is committed to resolving each complaint immediately upon receipt, but depending on the content of the complaint and the need to investigate various factors, the response time to the complaint is 7 days from the day of receipt of the complaint. After reviewing the complaint and determining that the above conditions for the complaint are met, JCR English will, if agreed, make a modification/replacement for the customer, or if the customer wishes a refund, JCR English will process the refund in the same manner as the payment was made and for the full amount of the product paid. JCR English’s guiding principle in resolving complaints is that of a good merchant who cares about customer satisfaction.

Refunds
In the case of returning goods and refunding to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or fully, and regardless of the reason for the return, we are obligated to process the refund to the same account/card used for the payment.
Intellectual Property Protection
The customer agrees not to share access to the platform where the courses and other materials, as well as the recordings of lessons/workshops, are located with other individuals for reasons of ethics, copyright, and intellectual property protection. In the case of downloadable digital products, the customer may not duplicate or share them with others in any way.
